Oven-Fried Chicken

Rated as 4.33 out of 5 Stars

"Tarragon, ginger and cayenne pepper season the cornmeal coating that Daucia Brooks of Westmoreland, Tennessee uses on her golden 'fried' chicken. The moist meat and crunchy coating are sure to make this homey entree in a mealtime mainstay at you house, too."

We really didn't like the breading on this chicken! Chicken was tender and juicy but the breading was NOT good. We won't be making it again.

We really enjoyed this chicken, it was delicious. The breading was really good, I did omit the ginger b/c I don't care for it and added about 1/4 tsp of hot paprika and about 1/4 tsp of poultry ...

Not bad. It was crunchy. I always bake chicken rather than frying it. So much more healthy. This was good.

This is the best oven fried chicken I have made. I will be making it again. :)

Really good! Would have liked it a little more salty, but I am a salt fan. Hubby liked it too!
