I think cupcakes might be easier to serve...and people won't fight over the meatballs.

I extended the noodles over the edges of the cake and made it look like a large serving of spaghetti

Rather than the white frosting to hold the meatballs together, I think I'd use an individual-sized container of chocolate pudding. It would keep the crumbs tighter and taste delicious!
