In this video, you’ll see how to make a simple marinated flank steak for the grill that’s served with an equally simple lemon dressing. The marinade includes classic Tuscan ingredients like olive oil and fresh rosemary, blended up with fresh lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes. So simple but very, very flavorful. You’ll get tricks for marinating the flank steak. The dressing is pretty much just more of the same ingredients, shaken until beautifully emulsified. It’s as easy as that! You’ll see Chef John grill the steak, Tuscan-style, over a hot charcoal fire, and see his trick for keeping the meat nice and moist. You’ll also see a great technique for slicing your flank steak.
