It took a couple of times to get it right. My family loved the butter pecan. Remember you may have to whip it a minute or two longer.

Sounds great! I "invented" a similarly simple method in My teens. It was very low fat, vanilla, and I used powdered milk in My recipe, but can't remember much else.

I am curious as to why people comment about the calories in ICE CREAM? The keyword is cream and all ice cream, that I know of, has some form of sweetener in it, hence the calorie count. If you know how to whip cream this is an incredibly easy and delicious recipe that you can experiment to make it your own. We like to add peppermint extract and chopped chocolate or strawberries or cocoa to make all our favorites. The butter pecan and cafe au lait in the video are also delicious. Enjoy!
