If you cook a 2 lb pork tenderloin for 2 hours at that temp you will have shoe leather

It will not take 2 hours for a 2-lb. pork roast. Better check the time before that or it will be over done.

As there is a BIG DIFFERENCE between a dry white wine, such as a Chardonny, and a sweet white wine, such as a Reisling, WHY not let us know WHAT IS ACTUALLY RECCOMENDED? Until I know FOR SURE which is the correct white wine, I will refrain from trying this recipe. PLEASE CLARIFY.

i read that 20 minutes per pound is correct internal tempt. between 145 and 150 it's done

what is the weight of this roast...a smaller roast would not take 2 hrs.
