'Tho I'm an avid reader, I love to watch the videos before I try a recipe, or a method, that I'm still shaky on. For some reason, the videos enable me to feel that "Hey, I can DO that!" They're visually attractive, with a warm & homey "feel" to them, and they're sooooo calm and soothing. I need that in the kitchen: I'm not a confident cook. Yes, please...keep the videos coming. I don't want to watch the video either. I'm usually in a hurry. I want to get the recipe & go start cooking. Hopefully I'll have enough time to read a few emails.

I know how to cook also, but I like to watch the video's. I learn a lot about using different spices. I never knew until today about cooking the spices with the sautéed onion and garlic before adding. I bet this really brings out the robust flavors of the spices.

I LOVE the videos and wish there were more of them! Although I know how to cook, when I'm venturing into "new" territory it is always nice to see "how it is done" first. I'm a seer/doer kind of person and do much better when I actually have a "guide." Thank you!
