I made these today, 21 March 2015, with just two tweaks. I used half olive oil and half vegetable oil, and for the 2nd baking I put the cut biscotti on a rack, not down on parchment paper. These biscotti were fantastic, whether dipped in coffee or milk, and with the nuts and fruit are definitely healthier and tastier than store bought biscotti. Thanks for another great recipe. I will make these again, probably as soon as this batch is gone. P.S. If you like to eat batter, this batter is off-the-charts delicious.

I think it's supposed to be cut on the diagonal. You get more pieces that way too.
