Looks great, with our temps -3 to 14F a must for the menu list this coming week. curtin 2605 Ozzieland

This is a favorite in our house, but I noticed a mistake in this video. DO NOT drain the chili beans! I think the creator of the video probably mistook "chili beans" to mean "pinto beans", which is not correct. "Chili beans" are in a savory sauce that really adds great flavor to this recipe. Also, I only use three HALF breasts and there is more than enough chicken in the soup. I'm pretty sure that's what Patti meant for the measurement to be. Also, I know some people may be leery of using alcohol in their cooking or just don't care for the flavor of beer. I use chicken broth instead :)

Ive made a similar Taco Soup on stovetop but w/o the chicken. I used ground beef and Rotel tomatoes. The secret ingredient was a package of Ranch Dressing mix. Very easy to make and tastes great. I'll def try this recipe though.
