Love chicken marsala. Especially paired with wheat penne pasta. Now I can try this recipe and skip the huge check at the end of the meal. LOL

My husband likes it very much´ thanks to this recipe i pleased my husband.the chicken was to tender and soft. I paired it with fettucini ...its simply perfect ;)

Just made this and I didn't really care for it, but it may have been the cook:) Next time, I'll fry the chicken and take it out of the pan and then do the sauce seperate. The chicken came out kind of mushy when I cooked it in the sauce.

Aira, cooking sherry is a brandy-fortified wine. You can use Vermouth or apple cider vinegar instead. Good luck!

Hi, i wanted to make this recipe when my hubby will be back from his training,but i dont know what cooking sherry is?im living here in France, is it a kind of wine also??or can u give me a product example,?thanks a lot
