Video: Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

I love my beef burgers! When I heard "turkey" burger I actually laughed out loud. I like turkey a lot, but the thought of it replacing my beef burgers seemed insane to me. I am here to tell you that I finally braved it and made these turkey burgers. I have never been so surprised in my life! I LOVE them!! To me, they don't really taste like turkey. The taste is something different from either the taste of beef or turkey. I found that by adding about 1/2 cup of finely minced green pepper to the mixture it adds a great deal to the already good flavor. So, if you are one who says, "no way" when you even hear the word turkey burgers...just try them one time. That is all it takes to hook you. Now, I am serving them as often as beef burgers. Oh, I served them to some members of the family without telling them what they were. They fell in love with them too and did not recognize it as turkey before I told them what it was.
