This was a really helpful video! I've never made jalapeno poppers (only the bacon wrapped ones) and I always wondered how the batter was done :)

do you reheat them once you are ready to serve? or do you serve them cold?

Informative video and one of my all time favorite appetizer. To make removing the seeds easier after cutting in half I use the small end of a melon baller to scrap them out.

Helpful video...These are great to make ahead and refrigerate overnight to save time on game day! I added a bit more bacon as recommended.

I love jalapeño peppers and will definitely try this recipe next time. THanks for showing how easy these really are to make!

Good recipe, I added garlic and onion powder to the coating mixture. My only question is how to soften the pepper up some before frying, as it is a little crunchy still. I might try lightly steaming them next time. Great tip on the gloves, I highly recommend! Preparing that many peppers, even jalepeno, will cause some skin irritation.

This is the kind of recipe that makes you a winner because the poppers certainly are! They are perfect just as they are yet easy enough to add your own little tweak! I added chopped green onions. They were delicious! I paired them with my own roasted tomatillo salsa

These were awsome. They went fast. Coating them three times was the key to the fantastic, professional like coating. Definetly make plenty!

It was very good but I find it was bland. Next time I'll flavor it more.

I love the receipe! I did subsitute a little...I didn't realize that I ran out of breadcrumbs until it was too late...had a bottle of wheat germ in the fridge, so, said "what the heck"...they came out so crunchy with a similar texture to panko crumbs...give it a try!!
