Here is the recipe: Ingredients 2 eggs 1 (16 oz) can of pumpkin puree 1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice 1 pie shell Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 425 F. 2. Combine eggs, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk and pumpkin pie spice and mix. 3. Pour the mixture into a pie shell. 4. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 F. 5. Then reduce the heat and bake for 35-40 minuets longer at 350 F.

Hello! I'm new on this site. I have a question, is it that in America you measure the temperature in Fahrenheit [°F] or something? Because my oven only goes to 250°C ^_^ And what's in the pumpkin pie spices?

1 can of pumpkin pie mix makes 8 servings 1 can I have eaten condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie mix.... which is a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg ginger and cloves. It's the best to use the butter, salt, flour cold water mixture for that 9 inch pie crust. Next, it's a good idea to bake the pie crust with out the filings for 10 minutes at 425 degrees. When the pie crust is in the oven pull out the rack and pour the pumpkin mixture in the pie crust crust, this will insure it doesn't spell. Continue baking at that 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Making homemade whipped cream is very easy, uni heavy whipping cream sugar and vanilla. Look it up.

I made this for Thanksgiving 2011. I loved using the Sweetened Condensed Milk. All the best recipes I know of call for this rather than Evaporated Milk (like Libby's recipe). I used organic canned pumpkin and made the pie shell from scratch using Pamela's Gluten Free Baking flour (not the waffle/pancake flour - the one for pie crust & pizza). It turned out PERFECT!! It's 3 days after Thanksgiving and I'm making another one! I made the whipped cream from scratch using this recipe - - but added 2 TBS of powdered sugar, rather than the 1 TBS the recipe called for. This too turned out wonderful!!
