Helpful video. Best to toss wings in mixing bowl with sauce to ensure even coating.

Fabulous wings! My family loved them! I also poured the sauce over the wings and tossed them to evenly coat them instead of just drizzling the sauce over top. We then used ranch dressing to dip them in. YUM!!!

To truly get Hooters style wings, having a significant coating is important. After flowering and refrigerating for an hour, dip in milk and dredge a second time in flour generously prior to frying.

Yes, the pin feathers grossed me out too - otherwise I have made the same wings, I prefer to butcher them into three sections and toss the ends out.

this video was helpful..but I couldn't get over the bits of feathers on the wings.. grossed me out.. please clean wings in future especially when making a video

I just had these last night and they were great and the kids couldn't get enough, instead of adding the sauce over top you get a large bowl, put wings in bowl right out of the fryer pour sauce over wings and toss to evenly coat. This is the best way, then they are just like the restaurant other than that this is a wonderful appy or dinner.
