How about quantity? I have about 8 or 10 pork chops; how long should I cook for?

Look folks, this isn't something you make every day. So, not why enjoy it. I make an oven-fried chicken, thighs with the skin on, probably 6 or 7 times a year...it is dredged in melted butter laced with garlic salt, then dredged in plain bread crumbs and baked. Everything in moderation. I will try this, as my hubby loves pork chops.

Hey Judy...It's about 190C. C=5/9(F-32)or C=.5555x(375-32)=190.5

In the recipe the narrator says oven should be at 375 degrees. As I stay in South African what would the temp be on my oven as we don't work our oven in fahrenheit.

Talk about timing!!!! I just bought porkchops at the grocery store about 2 hours ago. I wanted to bake them and was debating about how long in the oven then here is this recipe. I don't have crackers but I do have panko so I'll use that. I'll butter the panko which is really important with panko or it's too brittle. Thanks everyone.

This recipe is AWESOME! Didn't have crackers, but DID have StoveTop stuffing and crunched that up. DELISH! I reccomend the butter or margarine gives a really yummy flavor. Thanks for the video! 1 1/2 in thick 375 degrees 45-50 min.
