This recipe is so very good! I actually added about a 3/4 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips, omitting the cinnamon & they turned out wonderfully! They sure didn't last long in the cookie jar!

Baked these cookies today, tried different ways based on some of the reviews. Rolled them in balls then in sugar, did some as the recipe called for by flattening with a sugar coated fork, just rolled some in balls not coated with sugar, and rolled some in balls coated with sugar and did not flatten them. I preferred the ones as the recipe called for by flattening with a fork coated in sugar. My daughter ate several and she doesn't even like oatmeal cookies. Will try raisins the next time as we will be making these from now on. Best oatmeal recipe I have ever made.

This is my first time of baking soft cookie. It is very tasty. I use white sugar only 1/2 cup,oat meal 2 1/2 cups, and I add chocolate chips, cashew nut and cranberry. ^_____^ I baked for 14 minutes.

I am looking forward to making these cookies and I am going to use Splenda to help cut down on the sugar because I am diabetic and anywhere I can cut down on sugar is better for me.

I tried this recipe only cause I realized I had all the ingredients. I have never made oatmeal cookies before. The recipe was easy to follow, of course I made I tiny change to add a little extra spice. I must say they were a hit! My entire family enjoyed them.especially the kids. I can't wait to use this recipe again and will recommend it to my family and friends. Thank You!
