I made the fluffy Pancakes for a birthday breakfast for my husband,no more box pancake mix in our house. I'll have them with fruit next time. Going to make for my grandkids on their first day back to school, blueberries maybe. Karen B

Don't see the point of adding the oil...just more fat and calories to struggle with losing. I use mayo, less sugar, celery seed instead of poppy seed, and onion powder instead of raw onions. The recipe as given might taste like restaurant slaw, but I haven't yet had slaw that had raw onions in it at any restaurant.

I use mayo, dressing is not my favorite. Never used salt or onion ille try that. Prefer a couple grinds of fresh ground pepper and celery seed instead of poppy.

I make mine a lot like this but I use a bit more vinegar and prefer celery seeds over poppy seeds.
