My cheesecake was also perfect and delicious. It looked like it was going to cave in so I baked it until the middle was firm. I baked the cake for 2 hours instead of 90 minutes. Everyone loved it SUCCESS!!

As someone who's made a lot of cheesecakes I gotta say that sunken middle looks awful. I can't believe Philadelphia cc paid for this video and showcased a final product that did not look attractive. Don't get me wrong, the recipe seems solid I'm sure it tastes great but that center... it really detracts from the presentation. I sure there are numerous ways to fix this. Maybe put just the blueberries on top and bake in a water bath (or with a pan of hot water in the oven) then when cool add streusel topping and brown under a broiler (or a culinary blow torch in you have one!) I'll try this someday and post what worked and didn't in the actual recipe comments.

@LaMae, The recipe works fine. It was a 9 inch springform pan right? None of these ingredients will cause smoke to billow out. Unless: 1) you used _frozen_ or previously _frozen_ blueberries 2) when baking the graham crust you left it in too long (part 1) 3) stove hasn't been cleaned 4) oil residue in the pan: use parchment paper 5) you stirred tooo much. practice with pancakes. it works. :)

This looked wonderful but looks can be surprising. Got all the ingredients and made exactly as directed. USED a 9 INCH PAN ALSO! Filled it almost to the top. It cooked out all over my oven - smoke billowed out of the oven. Needless to say the cheesecake tasted of the stuff burning all over the bottom of the oven. A lot of time and money wasted. Throwing the cheesecake and recipe out!
