Vickygloz - whatever packet you use, make sure the amount is 2 1/4 tsp. I use the jarred yeast and I always measure 2 1/4 tsp.

I listened to the video and copied down the directions, it wasn't easy but here you go: HERB PULL APART ROLLS 1. In a mixer bowl, add 1 packet active dry yeast. Dissolve in 1 cup of warm water and a pinch of sugar. 2. Wait until bubbles start to form around edges, about 6-9 minutes. 3. Now add ¼ cup of melted butter, 2 cups of flour, 2 T. of sugar, 1 ½ tsp of salt, ¼ tsp thyme, ¼ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp dill. 4. Turn to speed 2 and mix for one minute or until everything is well blender. 5. Continue at speed 2 and add 1 ½ cups of flour in ½ cup increments and mix for about 2 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic. 6. Place the dough in a bowl and cover it. Set the bowl aside in a warm place and let it rise for about an hour, or until it doubles in size. 7. Now punch the dough down. Make sure you flour your work surface and rolling pin, and roll the dough into a small disk. 8. Divide the disks into six even wedges. Divide each wedge into six even
