What if you only have a traditional mixer? Does that make a difference with cookies? I do not have the Kitchenaid shown here, but I would like to own one!:)

This recipe is missing something, but I can't decide what. For the flour mixture, the voice-over says to add ground ginger and ground cloves, but in the video, there are 3 brown spices on the plate. The missing ingredient - cinnamon? allspice? nutmeg? Each of these can be found in other gingerbread recipes. Any ideas?

can u add the masurn,ents r wat ur adding. i never made gingerbread cookie so its kinda hard not knowing wt ur adding. PLease and thank-you

I have never tried making Gingerbread Cookies before, but after following this recipe I will be sure to make them every Christmas. Very good video. Thanks!

This is a delicious recipe and easy to work with if you chill the dough completely. I made mine thin because it's a good sturdy gingerbread and it makes more. Also I'm not using the frosting suggested here, I'd rather use one that will harden faster.
