The key ingredients here are canned artichoke hearts, chopped frozen spinach, cream cheese, and three kinds of grated cheeses: gruyere, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Chef John will show you how to prepare the thawed frozen spinach so it’s not watery. This is the ultimate dip for your New Year's Eve or Super Bowl party. And guess what? Just putting my crocks in the oven! Looking forward to tasting it, and didn't realize it is a light version, too. I was wondering if some could be frozen for a short period... keeping in mind that the spinach was frozen to begin with... but I will be googling that info in the meantime. Thanks for the video! It was quick and made it easier!

Looks great, as usual, and I can't wait to try it. I just want to know how you keep your baking sheet so shinny and new looking? Unless it is new.
