This recipe sounds just like my Pico de Gallo except for the mint. I never thought of trying cherry tomatoes, I usually use plum tomatoes. Will have to try the cherry...Thanks for the tip Juan.

The mint does not taste that good in it:( However, i's amazing!! I still used the large tomato and ittasted fine to my guests. Salsa got all over my iPad!! I'm typing on salsa. Too bad I don't drink, the shot looked good!! Thanks for the recipe!!!! :)JH

This is how I make mine, except I use cilantro and a little cumin.

One of the better videos here, and what appears to be a good recipe. I would add cumin, but other than that, this is a winner.

I never thought of adding mint..sounds interesting..may have to try that next time I make Pico de gallo..this recipe is similar to mine otherwise..I use habanaro and jalapeno peppers and red onion tho. and wear gloves..otherwise my hadds burn for 3 days.
