I never thought of adding mint..sounds interesting..may have to try that next time I make Pico de gallo..this recipe is similar to mine otherwise..I use habanaro and jalapeno peppers and red onion tho. and wear gloves..otherwise my hadds burn for 3 days.

One of the better videos here, and what appears to be a good recipe. I would add cumin, but other than that, this is a winner.
