Follow along as Chef John changes his mind on the fly, cutting his semolina pancakes into slivers and pan-frying them in olive oil to arrive at a crispy noodle dish! What he ends up with is a little like German spaetzle or chow-mein noodles—or perhaps shoe-string potatoes! In the end, it’s a little like all of these, and none of them.
