In this video, you’ll see how to make simple roasted pork tenderloin with spicy horseradish and mustard sauce. For this one, you’ll want to use a skillet that you can take from stovetop to oven and back to stovetop again. The horseradish and mustard sauce finishes with a chunk of butter to create a silky, rich, yet actually surprisingly light and super-flavorful sauce. The pork comes out juicy and tender, and the sauce takes this dish to an entirely higher level of excellence. Best of all, this recipe works for any occasion. It’s worthy of dinner party guests, sure; but the prep and cooking time are quick enough to make this an amazing weeknight dish, too. Can't wait to try this. As for humor, love the "I don't know why I'm using a spoon to stir this." I often wonder why cooks on cooking shows use wooden spoons for just about all stirring when we have heat-resistant spatulas that are so much more effective when scraping up bits from hot pans. Thank you!
