what kind of mustard is she using?

She does not say what herbs are mixed into the mustard - it appears to be a country style dijon. She used 1/2 tsp each of oregano and salt and 14 tsp peper and sprinkled over the veges. After topping with chicke she sprinkled with salt and pepper. After cooking she topped the chicken with fresh herbs - appeared to be thyme to me. If you don't want the veges cooking in all that fat- remove some or all of the skin and add alittle extra mustard on top of each chicken piece to keep it from drying out in baking.

I also couldn't hear the directions d/t the music being to loud.I think I would like the recipe if I knew what herbs were mixed in the mustard.
