These were delicious. But I can't help but laugh at the assertion that these are "somewhat healthier than fried" because they are baked (coated in a half cup of butter).

Didn't care for this recipe at all. I can't see how dredging the wings in flour and then coating them in butter can be any healthier than quick frying them in canola oil.

I think it's odd that you didn't cut up the wings (throwing out the tip), but overall, it's a very good recipe.
