For buttermilk made at home - you can use 1 cup of milk ( I always use skim) and add 1 TBSP of vinager and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir quickly, it may not look good but it makes my banana bread the best anyone's ever tasted and will work well here too. Good luck and now you can make it with regular pantry item you have on hand.

So, when I saw this recipe I knew I simply MUST give it a try and it def did not disappoint; although I did cut do on the sugar and it wasagood adjustment for my clan of cousins!

I was looking for a nice cornbread receipe. and never watched any video's on here. I tried one or two from this site and they were somewhat ok. then I found this one here and did it first time by converting everything into grams. It was not bad, but a bit too sweet, even though i like the cornbread a bit sweeter. since then I got the measuring cups and now my cornbread is just amazing. My mom in Germany even asked me to translate it for her & her cousin so they can make it themselves :)

I have never really watched many video's on here. But this video will be a new starting point for me. It was so informative and made a really nice change than just reading an article. This cornbread looks delicious and I will certainly have to give it a try!
