PLEASE, PLEASE, help. I hear Chef John speak to the 'already brined' pastrami as well as a reviewer saying he 'brined' the meat for 8 hours prior to preparing above recipe. I have brined turkey but cannot find the recipe for this pastrami brine. PLEASE ADVIS - Where do I find the recipe for the brine??

OH MY GOODNESS CHEF JOHN! I JUST LEARNED TO LIKE CORNED BEEF AT 51 YRS OLD! LOL THIS LOOKS REALLY GOOD. I NEVER HAD PASTRAMI EITHER. LOOKS LIKE I'M GOING TO HAVE TO TRY THIS TOO. THANK YOU FOR SHOWING US HOW TO COOK THIS. YOUR THE BEST! ALL GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME! MY PULLED PORK TAKES 13 HOURS LOL SO 6 HOURS IS NOTHING! YUM! I LOVE DRIED RUBS. CAN'T WAIT TO TRY THIS!

Though I'm a little dizzy from trying to keep up with turning and wrapping of the foil, I'm feeling hungry for a hot pastrami sandwich now... hmmm? I cheated and bought pastrami... I'll try this next time. Thanks for the tip Chef John.
