Since there was no written recipe, I watched and wrote it out. Here it is to save everyone else the work. I don't know why they didn't do a print out recipe. Curried Pear Soup 6 pears (peeled and diced) 1 Medium onion 1 leek 1 Tbsp minced fresh garlic 3 T Flour 2 T Curry powder 1/2 c dry white wine 6 c chicken stock butter Topping 1T butter 1/4 C scallions 1T sesame oil 1 T Honey 1/3 cup plain yogurt salt and pepper to taste Soup: Melt butter add diced pears, onion, leek and garlic. Sautee on M heat for 2 minutes. Add flour and curry powder. Saute until pears are soft (about 2 more minutes) Add white wine and chicken stock Simmer 15-20 minutes on L heat Puree soup with immersion blender. Topping: melt butter add scallions, oil and honey. Cook for 1 min on M heat Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt. Add salt and pepper to taste. Ladle into bowls, top with dollop of yogurt topping.
