I have a file of printed recipes for quick breads. I keep several bags of cranberries in the freezer for good recipes. The combination of cranberry and orange is exceptional but this recipe dismays me and wastes ingredients and time; why so much liquid? My computer is in another room; it is impossible to follow the video while baking. I need the recipe in print in front of me for baking and then for my file. The link to the print version should be available on the same page.

Why are you telling bakers to use a quarter cup of butter and then adding a half cup(full stick)of butter in the video? That would really make a difference both in density and calories if you double the fat.

"Disaster" is too broad of a description. State exactly what was wrong, and I'll bet that an experienced baker can tell you exactly what went wrong. Was it too heavy, not done in the middle, just what? This is what I would consider an expensive bread.(If you add up the cost of the ingredients). I hate losing the money, plus, the smell gives the family a promise that something good is coming! So, as your doctor would ssk "Where does it hurt?" Let's get this fixed! Or better yet, thanks for the "heads up". I'll just move on to something less challenging with better reviews.

Thank you Karen... saved me wasting the time. What is with the video thing? I don't waste my time watching commercials if I can help it... esp if the recipe is not good all recipes, show us if a link is a written recipe or a video... so I will know to not waste my time.

NOTE: do yourself a favor and read ALL the comments here before proceeding (to the right: "View all comments"). As I've mentioned (and no one seems to take me seriously), there are major things wrong with this recipe. Please do not waste your time and ingredients. Use the Search function for another Cran/Orange bread and try that one instead, one with GOOD ratings, 4 or 5 stars. Please... I beg you.... *smile*
