Chef John's take on a classic Louie dressing is the star of this show. Adding ketchup and creme fraiche to a mayonnaise base is the secret. Follow this with lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, worchestershire, some minced onion and spices, then mix all together thoroughly. Give the ingredients time to meld together by refrigerating for at least a few hours, at which time you can salt to taste.
