Salt, ground pepper & cayenne = perfect dry rub/brine for center cut pork chops. Generously apply the rub to the pork chops and transfer the pork chops to a rack for a day of “brining.” Once the day of brining has passed, you’re ready to prepare your chops any way you most like, though grilling is recommended.
