I am so glad I pulled this recipe up. It showed me the mistake I made when I made my new york stye cheeze cake. I over cooked it and it cracked. I will do this again for Thanksgiving and do it right this time. Thanxs

Interesting there was no water bath. The water bath is what intimidated me when it came to making cheesecakes. I am glad I found this recipe so I can stop using the water bath :) Thank you!
