For those who are still undecided about this recipe - MAKE IT!!! It's great:) I followed recipe exactly (except for cutting the lamb with some pork and not peeling the eggplant) and it was amazing...

Chef John - I have to agree with cookiemonster. You Rock! This video is so fun and delicious looking that I am going to make it for dinner and I am not normall a big fan of lamb :)
