surprised about the grilling method -- grilling skin side down first allows the salmon to cook through and the marinade to not be lost through the grill or to burn prematurely -- they can be turned at the end to produce a nice glaze on the top

Fantastic receipe,I don't like the skin so i remove it place the cooked fish on a bed of spinnach and yummy.
