This recipe can be a lot healthier of you replace that cup of oil with a cup of natural applesauce and only 2 table spoons of oil. It will be almost fat free and taste the same.

I made this today! I used Splenda instead of Sugar and it came out GREAT! Do Note: When mixing in the "dry" ingredients it will not be as "creamy" as shown in the video, but in the end it will just as moist! :) Enjoy!
