This is the best big, fat, chewy chocolate chip cookie. I brought my last cookied from the bakery after I made my first batch

I made these chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious. I recommend using the Hershey's Milk Chocolate Mini Kisses instead of the semisweet chocolate chips. Also, I baked the cookies at 325 degrees for over 20 minutes. I noticed they were not done at the recommended time of 15-17 minutes. Best chocolate chip cookies I have ever made! Give the recipe a try!

are you using 325 because of the dark cookie sheets?

You should let these cool in the fridge (preferably freezer) for an hour or more BEFORE baking. Much better, won't be flat.

I love baking and I LOVE allrecipes!!! The videos just make it better. it kind of whets your appetite for the recipe, plus you get the general idea of the recipe better by watching someone do it. I usually don't follow recipes exactly, but I love watching the videos to get the general idea of it, and then coming up with my own twist on it. But this video looks like something I will follow to the 'T'.

These are so yummy! Just follow recipe exactly and you will get an amazing cookie. You can make them smaller, because the original 1/4 cup of dough make a big cookie! Enjoy! I will use 1 cup milk choc chips or mini M&M's and then 1 cup semi-sweet chips.

I also love to watch the videos first. I am from a history of family bakery owners, everything made from scratch, so I know how to do all these things, but just watching the videos, sometimes, just make it all the better. I love them!!
