Our church had a college group in to sing one weekend, and I hosted three of the young ladies at my house overnight. For breakfast we had crepes with 3 kinds of fruit, 2 flavors pudding, or oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar as filling. For toppings,whipped cream or fruit dip. It went over great!! The crepes were made ahead to save time, so the group could be on their way. All three girls asked for the recipe and made crepes "to go". Thank you for a good basic recipe!

These are very simple crepes that are really easy to make. I have always enjoyed crepes, now I can make them.

Great video! It makes it look so easy! I've always shied away from crepes fearing they were just too much trouble, but now I can't wait to give it a go!
