Easy and delicious...I had a problem finding egg replacement so used eggs 1 egg = 1/4 cup of egg replacement slowing adding hot milk.

For those of us having problems with the video: place 1 cup chocolate chips, 1/4 cup egg substitute and 1/2 tsp vanilla in blender (don't blend yet) scald 3/4 cup half and half in saucepan just until bubbles start forming at the edges. pour half and half over the mixture in the blender liquify 20+ seconds or until smooth pour into 4 small cups refrigerate until set (4-6 hours)
