To prevent the brownies from breaking when you frost it, I would suggest using a hand mixer or a mixer bowl,then beat it like crazy. Plus you should double the recipe in my opinion. :)

My oven doesent go to 350 only to 260

I did just what the recipe said and spread the frosting right after coming out of the oven and the brownie broke, how can I prevent that?

I made these and they were Soooooooooooooo Goooooooooood. Had to make second batches for family and friends. My mother made her own and we all ate hers to.

mine were super dry and i don't know why. i did exactly what the video did. plaza tell me what i did wrong. #so dry

Anybody else find it funny how in the video the cocoa was leveled off with a frosting knife, yet the flour was not leveled off at all and for the powdered sugar a finger was used to level it off? Not quite accurate measurements there.

I don't have confeciners sugar can I use granulted sugar instead for the icing THANK YOU!!!
