I want a recipe for a cake-like brownie. Hate fudge or chewy.

First of all, the eggs were cracked directly into the batter - have fun fishing out any shells you might get in the batter; second, the dry ingredients were measured incorrectly. By scooping the measuring cup into the flour and the cocoa powder, one is likely to over measure, ending up with dry brownies. One should use a spoon the scoop the dry ingredients into the measuring cup, and then a knife (or other flat-edged item) to push the excess off.
