Chocolate Pecan Pie from Video 4 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 cup of dark corn syrup mix together with flat beater on speed 6 for one minute stop scrape the bowl turn to speed #4 gradually add 3 squeares 0f unsweetened chocolate (melted) beat for 1 minute until well blended reduce the speed to stir add 2 cups of pecan halves pour into an unbaked pie shell at 350 for 35 to 45 min or until its slightly soft in the center serve with a dollop of whip cream :D

Would have been nice to have a written copy of the recipe. I always add a couple tablespoons of Woodford Reserve to any pecan pie.
