I don't understand why all of you write comments but you don't make the recipe. The comments are to say how it was and whether you would make it again. Noone is asking for how you make your chicken. I'm finding this website to be unhelpful because no one seems to actually make the food.

I must admit I always make my fried chicken or fried turkey cutlets with boneless, skinless breasts. My kids won't eat them with bones or skins. I don't brine. I dredge them in seasoned flour, then in mixed eggs and cream, then in cracker crumbs. I fry them in olive oil (because it is more healthy) but not until they are cooked through, I just want them nicely browned on the outside. Then I bake them for thirty minutes at 300F. They have never tasted dry but are always nice and juicy. With the turkey breasts, I usually pound them to a consistent thickness as I serve them as cutlets with lemon juice as a condiment and a side of Fettucine Alfredo.
