yes, "Ive turned it 2 bigger long as before you turn over the first time...oh, take that "Big fat chicken breats and slice it into two pieces...Cooks in about 5 minutes, and even "without the "brine", mine was juicy and tender...Either way...I LOVE your videos Chef John!
