I cooked this for dinner and before I got them in the oven my husband asked what smelled so good as soon as he walked in the house! I put them in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. They tasted even better than they smelled. We added potatoes in the mix and subbed the chicken breasts for a juicier chicken tenderloin. The juices from the bacon and chicken cooked the potatoes quickly! And the Chicken was still moist Thank you for sharing this video! This is definitely going into my recipe book!!!

I am eating this as I write...this is truly yummy! I made it into my dinner, serving over a bed of rice with roasted corn on the cob as my vegetable (it takes the same amount of time on the grill)I will certainly make this recipe again.

For the lady in Spain, buttermilk is SUERO, if you don't have suero; substitute with sour milk, leave the milk out of the refrigerator for the night and voila! you have a sour substitute( No worries it will not make you sick, the milk now days is pasteurized and it will be ok)
