If you think this bacon is good, you should try it in cheesecake! My son-in-law makes it at his shop called Sweet Hereafter in Halifax, NS Check it out.

Oh, that's too much work and too much clean-up. Using a microwave is so much easier, faster and cleaner. Drop bacon pieces into a bag filled with brown sugar. Gently squeeze the brown sugar into the bacon. Don't worry about areas where the brown sugar doesn't adhere. Using a large plate, place 2 layers of paper towels onto the plate. Lay the sugared bacon onto the plate. Microwave for 5 minutes or until the bacon is cooked. Remove the hot bacon quickly, let it cool, crumble it, and store in a zipper-type plastic bag, then freeze for future use.

Another way to serve these are to use wooded skewers and then you've got "bacon lolipops"! Did this as an appetizer and was a huge hit...although you can never go wrong with bacon :)

I shall try this, looks very yum-yum!! Wonder if you could batch cook and freeze?? Then re-glaze??
