This video looks excellent. I am thinking by varying the ingredients, this could be an excellent recipe to keep in your back pocket. Everything from a greek style with kalamata olives and roasted red peppers to a mexican version with jalapenos and cheddar cheese. I am looking forward to trying this one!

Can you use "instant" yeast for this? How would you incorporate it into this recipe?

Excellent recipe...havent had a dud recipe from Chef John... love the way he explains the recipe's...and sounds a lot like Kermit the Frog!

I just threw all the ingredients for these into my bread machine (yes, I'm lazy, lol). I did add a little extra flour b/c mine was not pulling away from the pan. Can't wait to have these w/ our pasta dinner tonight! Mmmmm...
