Call me lazy but I've always cooked my lobster tails on the BBQ with the steaks. Just be careful not to char the shells so start them earlier off to the side. Also never forget to pull out that "vein" you see when you cut the back shell. It is actually part of the digestive system and can be full of sand. Yuk!

First time to cook lobster tails in my life. Always afraid to ruin the lobster. Well it's Valentine Day and I tried to make this dish to impress my boyfriend. Oh Boy!. The tails came out so delicious and so easy to make. Thank you so much
