I usually make steak and lobster every year for my husband on Valentine's day! I was running out of time and wanted to know if I could cook lobster quickly in the broiler. I found this and got to say I am so glad I was so pressed for time. This is my first time broiling lobster and I will never cook it any other way again. It was so great. I thought so, but my husband was through the roof!

Since restaurants are always so packed for Valentine's Day, I typically cook a very special meal at home. Since Valentine's Day is next week, I've started thinking about what to serve this year, and after seeing how simple lobster tails are to prepare, this may be the "surf and turf" year. Have eaten many whole lobsters while vacationing in Maine and the claws always will be my favorite part, but the tail meat is a close second. That cooked lobster tail in the video makes my mouth water.
