I made this last week when it first appeared. It was easy and delicious. It's also good cold. I usually cook only for myself, so leftovers are terrific. I'm in the process of making it again as I write. I love, love, love garlic, so this is just what the doctor ordered--(garlic is very healthy!)

This is a great and easy recipe. I made it Friday night with Shrimp following the recipe to the letter, serving the Shrimp over Bow Tie Pasta. It was so good, I used it again Saturday night with Scallops! The Scallops take longer to cook but the substitution worked very well. I served the Scallops over Basmati Rice. This is a 5 star!!

I just made this for dinner, using a combo of parsley and cilantro. It was delicious served over rice with an asian cole slaw recipe from elsewhere on this site. What a fabulous meal!

This recipe is good I make the same way however I like to add dry white wine towards the end that will make perfect!

My recipe is the same except for the caper brine and I add some green onions when I put in the garlic. yum!
